Whether you're new to therapy or just curious about my approach, this FAQ section is here to provide clarity and reassurance.

Integrative therapy blends techniques from different therapeutic approaches to best suit your individual needs. I draw primarily from:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • Attachment Theory

I also integrate practices from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support your emotional growth in a holistic and research-based way.

I work with adults (18+) from diverse cultural, ethnic, gender, and sexual identities. My approach is especially inclusive of those navigating:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Low self-esteem or self-worth

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life transitions

  • Cultural identity and belonging

  • LGBTQIA+ experiences

  • Trauma and emotional regulation

At present, I offer online sessions (via Zoom or similar platforms) and telephone sessions, allowing flexibility and comfort for clients worldwide.

We begin with a free 30-minute initial assessment, where we’ll explore: What’s bringing you to therapy Your personal history What you hope to gain from our work together It’s a safe space to ask questions, understand my approach, and see if we’re the right fit.

How long is each session? How many sessions will I need?

Yes—confidentiality is a core part of therapy. Everything you share is treated with respect and privacy, in accordance with BACP’s Ethical Framework. Exceptions are made only if there’s a serious risk of harm to you or others, and this would always be discussed with you first.
